THE SPECIALITY SECTIONS

Designed for smooth workflow and maximum capacity production, the garment unit has speciality sections to handle each step systematically and effectively in the manufacturing process.

This section has the latest machines manned by experienced cutting masters. The latest methods and systems are used for pattern making as well as grading. All cutting is done in blocks, refolded and re-cut to get perfect matching.

Collar fusing is done using hi-tech machines in this section and later collars and cuffs are stitched using templates for consistency in shape.

There are four sewing lines and they are marked in pairs to undertake sewing of shirts and tops in one pair and trousers and all kinds of bottoms in the other pair. Constant in-line checks make sure the products coming out are meeting the required specifications.

Each independent finishing area is verified by the QC department. Each and every piece of garment or uniform is thoroughly checked for quality parameters before being packed. In the finishing area, steam ironing tables and folding tables are provided to reduce manual handling and increase productivity. Needle detectors are also used in the finishing area.

Our exclusive and dedicated uniform manufacturing unit became operational in 2014. The state-of-the-art unit has an in-house design and development team working continuously to produce a wide range of uniforms. A large variety of products in huge volume are daily manufactured here. The product line includes items like shirts, pants, cargo pants, jeans, coveralls, jackets and more. These trendy and high quality products are crafted using high-tech, imported and automatic machines. The unit also has the facility of a separate display room to exhibit the finished uniforms, fabric ranges, designs and connected materials.
